By accessing or using Cash Whisper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including household members you invite.

Cash Whisper is a personal finance tracking application that allows individuals and households to record income and expenses, organize transactions by category, and interact with an AI assistant to gain insights into their spending habits. The Whisper AI assistant can analyse photos of receipts or invoices that you choose to upload — images are processed in real-time and are not retained after the session ends.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may create or join a household to share financial records with other members. By inviting someone to your household, you grant them access to all financial data within that household. You agree not to share your account with unauthorized third parties or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Cash Whisper offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Billing is handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

You retain ownership of any financial data you enter into the Service. By using Cash Whisper, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell or share your financial data with third parties.

Cash Whisper is a record-keeping tool, not a licensed financial advisor. The AI assistant provides general insights based on the data you enter and should not be relied upon for investment, legal, or tax decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cash Whisper is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
